Workshops

HSF pays special attention to working with the youngest audience. During the festival, workshops are organized for both children and adults. The baton at these workshops is entrusted to Professor Vladimir Vesović, director of the “Đorđe Lobačev” School of Comics in Belgrade, as well as to Tihomir Tico Tikulin, Iztok Sitar, and Filip Andronik, comic artists and educators from Zagreb, Ljubljana, and Sarajevo. The children’s workshops are extremely well attended, and the festival is known for attracting the largest number of young people as its audience. The most talented youngsters of Herceg Novi have had, and will continue to have, the opportunity to draw alongside their role models and learn from some of the world’s greatest comic creators. The hosts of all events are the city galleries and renowned local hospitality venues, and all HSF programs are free of charge.
