Vojko V, without a doubt the most important name in the rap scene of the former Yugoslavia, will close the Herceg Novi Comic Festival on Wednesday, September 11, at the People’s Beach Bar in Topla.

Andrija Vujević, Vojko’s real name, rose to fame as a member of the groups Dječaci and Kiša Metaka. He began his solo career in 2018 with the song Zovi čovika (Call the Guy). Two months later, he released Pasta Italiana, an unusual collaboration with Krešo Bengalka and Tonči Huljić.

That same year, he released his third single, Ne može (Can’t Be Done), which announced his first solo album, released a few months later. The album earned Vojko six nominations at the Porin Music Awards, of which he won three – Album of the Year, Best Club Music Album, and Best Music Video for Ne može.
