Khary Randolph

Khary Randolph is an artist with a dynamic style inspired by Japanese manga and hip hop. His unique expression has enabled him to collaborate for over two decades with some of the world’s largest comic book publishers, as well as major media companies such as 20th Century Fox, Netflix, ESPN, and Nickelodeon, along with video game and trading card creators like Epic Games and Upper Deck. His first major title was with MARVEL on Spider-Man, after which he entered the world of Batman for DC Comics, working on the series “We Are Robin” and “Robin War.” Within the Batman universe, he created numerous covers and also worked on titles like Young Titans and Justice League for the same publisher.

He particularly stands out for his work with the independent publisher Image, where he had full creative freedom to develop successful titles such as “Excellence,” and he also illustrated the legendary Spawn and the very successful “Tech Jacket.” For Boom Studios, he worked on the series “Urban Sirens” and “Born Among the Stars”; for Aspen, he created “Charismagics”; for Epic, “Dreamwalker”; while for Black Mask, he illustrated a large number of covers for various comics.

It is worth highlighting that Randolpf’s work “Cell Phone: Invisible Connection,” created together with his wife Joanne Starer, a well-known writer who will also be present in Herceg Novi, was the centerpiece of a major exhibition at the American Smithsonian Museum.
